As a Spa Receptionist, you'll play an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience to our local, interstate and international guests that come through our award-winning hotel. As the warm and welcoming face of our sanctuary of relaxation, you will orchestrate a harmonious symphony of exceptional service from the moment guests arrive.
A few of your responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and maximise Spa bookings, upselling and rebooking where possible.Deliver prompt and personalised information around treatment and check-in/check-out of all guests.Assist with spa enquiries and responding to all incoming calls and email enquiries.Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software system.What we are looking for: Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or Luxury Hotel Front Desk Agent.Flexible availability including rotational weekend work.Ability to provide post treatment advice and assist with retail sales.A friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environment.Great communication skills, both verbal and written.What can we offer you: Complimentary meal on site every day including hot meals, sandwich bar and more.Uniform laundered and ready for you daily on property.Five weeks of paid Annual Leave for team members who meet the definition of shift worker.Discounted parking + other transport options.Up to 30% discounts across award winning restaurants and accommodation.Lifestyle discounts including gym memberships, retail discounts and dry-cleaning services.Endless career growth and opportunities to learn and develop your career.Please be aware that eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
