Company Summary: My client is a national builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects more than $30m+, specialising in the commercial construction new build & fit out sectors.
After a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2027 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients, they are now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth and project wins.
They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus.
They are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including education, retail, health, aged care, community, and commercial offices.
Strong fit out experience is advantageous. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10+ years of experience in fit out projects. Growth mindset - hungry to continue growing and developing your career. Excellent ability to build rapport with others. Strong past tenure with employers. Team player who loves a challenge Positive, "can-do" attitude. With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office.

Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred. Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
). Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors. Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $2m - $30m+. Strong tenure with previous employers.
