Ready Resources (RR) provides maintenance and asset management solutions to large mining clients across the Pilbara Region and beyond.
We are a leading service provider with large contracts and ongoing work with Top-Tier Blue-Chip Companies in the Pilbara. We are looking for a Communications Rigger or Rigging Team Leader to start immediately on a long-term engagement.
This is a great opportunity for a full-time or casual role with long-term training and progression possibilities.
The daily workload will cover, but not limited to: Installation, maintenance and decommissioning of wireless telecommunication equipment and towers.Understanding plans and drawings, determining work orders, and obtaining required work permits.Ensure safety planning is adhered to.Assembling and erecting towers.Aligning microwave dishes, PIM and sweep tests.Site surveys and fault finding.Applicants that meet the below criteria are encouraged to apply:MUST HAVE Hold a current Australian Drivers LicenseFull Australian working rightsMore than 2 years telecommunications rigging experienceBasic Rigging ticketAble to work a 2/1 swingAble to complete a pre-employment medical and pass a drug and alcohol screening.Holds a construction card (white/blue card)With BHP Induction, highly regardedFirst aid, tower rescue, CN, dogging, EWP, and a HR license, are highly regarded.What We Offer In Return: Competitive remunerationPotential to join client directEmployee-based Incentives and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Exceptional industry safety track record.If you're ready to join a close team and take on your new career move, please click the Apply link to apply now.
