My client is a mid-size CA practice who provides a full suite of services for their clients across taxation, business advisory, audit, and SMSF.
The firm has a strong history in the Sydney market and the partnership team are well-networked in the business community.
The firm packs a lot of punch with technical expertise, common-sense, and a practical approach to client needs.
They are now seeking a Senior Accountant keen to take the next step in their career.
The client list for this role is wide and varied including property-based groups, software, investments, construction, and security.
You will be mentoring and delegating work to junior and offshore team members, and conducting reviews of this work.
You will also be engaging closely with clients and joining the Partners/Management team in client meetings.
As a firm, they principally use XERO and are on their way to having all clients integrated into the cloud.
They aim to use both technology and best practice outsourcing (with counterparts in the Philippines) to ensure their team can enjoy a professional and efficient work environment.
