Provide clinical support tasks at any advanced level and management of CA3 Speech Pathology Assistant team members in our Southport facility.The RoleAn opportunity has become available for a Speech Pathology Assistant – Senior to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12,000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.You willProvide a range of specialised clinical screening and case history assessments for patients with complex needs.Prepare and/or implement individual or group treatment programs for patients with complex conditions under the supervision and direction of a speech pathologist.Provide comprehensive education on a defined range of topics.Support, mentor, and supervise CA3 Speech Pathology Clinical Assistants.To be successful in this position you will require:Certificate IV – Allied Health Assistant or equivalent.Working with Children Check.Driver License.Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.Tuberculosis screening to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required.Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost).Benefits include:Flexible work options.Salary Packaging.Modern Facilities.Diverse Work Culture.12.75% super.17.5% leave loading.Temporary part-time (up to 19 October 2025, 45.60 hrs p.f.
