ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced manager for the operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
You will lead and manage a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting clients to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are looking to join an innovative team to provide leadership to our NDIS Assisted Living Services in our well-established Tweed portfolio.
You will have a background in Community Services and working with marginalised communities and with clients who have complex disability support needs.
You strive to empower others and get satisfaction from delivering quality, person-centred services.
