Job Description
Employment Type : Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration : $ Negotiable based on experience
Hours Per Week : Minimum 6 hours per day
Location : Office + WFH
We are open to discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.
If you're interested in Paediatrics or have particular caseload interests, we would like to speak to you.
Your day will include:
Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner.
Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
Recommending Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

You will need:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
