Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks including course setup, mowing, spraying and maintain bunkers. Apply turf management practices like pest control and weed management to maintain greens, fairways, and roughs. Safely operate and care for course equipment and machinery to keep everything running smoothly. Collaborate on course improvement projects, from bunker renovations to landscaping. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the course. Contribute innovative ideas for continuous course improvements and player experience enhancements. What You Bring: Previous experience as a Greenkeeper or in a similar role (preferred). Knowledge of turf management, including fertilization, irrigation, and disease prevention. Competence in using and maintaining turf equipment and machinery. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving maintenance issues. Solid communication and teamwork skills.
