We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join their client, a respected law firm in Southport.
(Experience in a law firm is not essential)
This is a full-time, permanent role with a company that values leadership, innovation, and teamwork.

About the Role As the Office Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Management : Supervise the receptionist and administrative team, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Finance : Oversee finance reporting, trust accounting, and provide backup support to Accounts when required.
Human Resources : Manage performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
Marketing : Work alongside the marketing team to refine strategies and explore new initiatives.
Process Improvement : Streamline office processes, develop precedents and policies, and ensure compliance.
File Management : Collaborate with solicitors on efficient management of legal files.
About You The ideal candidate will bring:
Previous experience as an Office Manager in a Service Driven environment is essential.
Ideally 5 yrs.
Accounting experience advantageous.
Leadership skills with the ability to drive energy and create a positive culture.
Strong communication and organisational abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to improving processes and supporting the firm's continued growth.
Experience and understanding in areas of law such as Property / Commercial Litigation would be highly advantageous but not essential.
