Support delivery of Rio Tinto Iron Ore's Sustaining Capital Projects About Our Client: Rio Tinto operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets, including a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700 kilometre rail network, and related infrastructure.
Rio Tinto is expanding operations in the Pilbara while introducing next-generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs, and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Construction Advisor to join our Sustaining Capital – Yandi / Gudai Darri Team, overseeing project delivery while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
In this role, you will support the safe and efficient delivery of projects by managing Contracting Partners to meet project and HSEQ requirements, working on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
You will collaborate closely with Project Leads, Contracting Partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities: Coach Contracting Partners in RTIO systems and processesPromote a safe workplace and investigate incidents with follow-up actionsSupport Project Leads to meet safety, schedule, and quality standardsBuild relationships with Project Leads, contracting partners, and stakeholdersSkills and Experience Required: CMS experience3-5 years of supervisory experienceTrades background in any fieldExperience in a plant environment is advantageousStrong people and communication skillsAbility to interpret systems and processesUnderstanding of Project Management principlesAdaptable and works well in an agile environmentEffective time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to challenge assumptions and improve projects and processesHow to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on (08) 6462 11*** quoting the below reference number.
