This environment provides an ambitious Senior Mechanical Engineer with the opportunity not just to work with the best but to gain ownership stakes in the company.The RoleAs a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of advanced mechanical systems within buildings.
You'll manage client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the technical excellence of the team.The ResponsibilitiesDesigning Building Systems:
Create mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in line with project goals.Feasibility & Performance Analysis:
Conduct studies and assessments to optimise efficiency and functionality.Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into building plans.Documentation & Specifications:
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Installation & Compliance Oversight:
Supervise installation, ensuring systems meet relevant codes and standards.Technical Support & Guidance:
Provide support and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers.Continuous Improvement:
