Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position plays a critical role in the development and implementation of engineering projects, championing technical excellence, innovation, and problem-solving at all levels of the business.Join our team and enter a world of innovation, commitment, and collaboration.
We want to invest in you and develop your career to ensure you maximize your potential and are a valuable part of our high-performance team.Primary Responsibilities:Participate in strategic planning and execution of the engineering function.Develop, scope, plan, and manage new projects from concept to product.Participate in reverse engineering projects to enhance the product portfolio.Review current drawings, programs, and production methodology including QC.Continually develop and improve best practices and efficiency for manufacturing and servicing products.Develop documentation to enhance current practices.Essential Position Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will possess these key skills and experience:Proven experience in engineering discipline.Demonstrated ability to define and carry out project plans.Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.Time management and organizational skills.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships with customers (both Group office and Site).Engineering degree.HOW TO APPLY:All applications are held in the strictest confidence.
