A bit about your future position: Port Smiles Dental is seeking a passionate general dentist to join our dedicated team.
Port Smiles Dental has achieved a name for our patient-oriented approach to all aspects of general dental care for the community.
We are a family-run practice and aim to provide every treatment under one roof, from routine check-ups and cleans to more advanced cosmetic work, implants, and Invisalign.
You will walk into full books with a varied case load, ranging from emergency dentistry to crown and bridge.
What sets our practice apart from the others: The latest technology: - CEREC (internal and external training provided if needed) - i Tero 5 D digital scanning - 3 D printing facilities - CBCT (3 D X-ray) - Digital intraoral sensors for all rooms - Rotary Endodontics - Nitrous Oxide - Digital SLR cameras for every room and large patient education screens - Dental Implants (facilities for placement and restoration) - Invisalign - Zoom In Chair Whitening - Rubber Dam friendly – with access to high-quality rubber dams and clamps - Left-handed friendly Support from a strong group of passionate, driven, experienced clinicians, who thrive on CPD and clinical excellence.
Mentorship for all levels of experience Access to sedation services in practice (IV sedation & nitrous) Access to a range of specialists in the region Clinical freedom and a supportive environment to grow, with the ability to control your own bookings.

Skills and experience: We are looking for someone with the utmost desire to provide excellent patient experience, with outstanding communication skills.
Our practice is well-suited to someone who aspires to provide dental care to a high standard.
We have a well-trained clinical and administration staff that will support you so your sole focus can be on your dentistry.
We foster and encourage regular professional development and skills progression, with the principal dentist happy to mentor you in the process.
Experience would be ideal; however, it is not essential.
Commission will be 35 – 40% of net billings depending on experience.
This will be finalized with the successful applicant.
