We are seeking an experienced and visionary Venue Manager to lead our iconic venue to new heights.
If you have a proven track record in managing large-scale late-night entertainment venues and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.
Role Summary As the Venue Manager of this multifaceted venue, your primary role will be to drive the venue's successful operation and overall success.
You will lead your team while overseeing all aspects of entertainment, marketing, activations, and beverage.
To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience as a venue manager at a large late-night entertainment venue.
The ability to recruit, develop, lead, and engage your team.
Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders, both in and out of the venue.
Well-demonstrated knowledge of marketing and events.
Ability to oversee logistics for entertainment, including equipment, schedules, and setups.
Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across late-night venues in a SNP.
A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth.
Demonstrated knowledge of OLGR, food safety, and WH&S. Hold a current RMLV and Approved Managers license.
This role is based in Fortitude Valley, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary circa $100,000 - $120,000 in addition to superannuation and an achievable performance bonus structure of $30,000.
