About The OpportunityAs a Landscape Construction Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ordering supplies and managing inventorySetting project plans and timelines for successful executionLiaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsConducting morning huddles to align the team on daily tasksLeading and managing a team of 5, including 3 landscapers and 2 apprenticesDiscussing plans with the owner, landscaping architects, subcontractors, and homeownersAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
A Certificate III in Construction LandscapingA minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape constructionA proactive, organised approach with the ability to take initiativeA forward-thinking mindset that contributes positively to team dynamicsStrong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamYou will also have:
