Management Systems & Compliance CoordinatorThe Darwin Convention Centre is a world-class conference and business events venue and the centrepiece of the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. We welcome applicants from people of all ages, cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Peoples), abilities, and sexual orientation to apply.We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Compliance Coordinator to join us at Darwin Convention CentreThe purpose of this role is to ensure our adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and internal and industry standards, including coordinating the implementation and maintenance of management systems.Ensure compliance with both ISO 9001 and 22000 and any internal or external audit non-conformances are raised and actioned.Maintain our central library of controlled department documentation, ensuring its accessibility.Assist Management with ensuring annual ISO External Audits are conducted efficiently and effectively with 3rd part Quality Auditors.Plan, schedule, conduct and oversee all ISO 9001 and 22000 audits, inspections and checks, while also ensuring appropriate training to staff where required.Maintain and manage the ISO Continuous Improvement Register.Attend monthly Food Safety, ISO, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) meetings and ensure minutes are maintained.Ensure all incidents are correctly documented and reported.Assist in review and updating of the Centre's Risk Management Manuals, ensuring DCC OH&S standards are maintained.Assist Management with month-end reporting, including risks, incidents, delegates numbers, client satisfaction score and ISO Quality Assurance matters.Undertake any other duties as required by the Business Manager and General Manager.ABOUT YOUEvery day our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.You will have a shared values and people-centric mindset and genuinely want to make a difference.
