As a truly global team we are culture catalysts who embed our values and the Quantium Experience into everything we do so that we attract, retain, and build high performing teams who deliver measurable impact for our clients and stakeholders.How will you make an impact?As Executive Manager, HRBP, you'll be a strategic partner, coach, and advisor to our Group Executive team, helping to shape and drive our high-performance culture:Lead the creation and execution of strategic people plans aligned with business priorities, ensuring we have the right talent in the right places.Partner with Group Executives to design and implement organisational structures that drive effectiveness and enable delivery of strategic priorities.Spearhead our "All in on AI" transformation journey, championing adoption and innovation across your verticals.Lead and develop our HRBP team while collaborating with P&C Centers of Excellence to deliver transformative people initiatives.Drive the strategic workforce planning and talent strategy to create a home for brilliant data and AI talent.Shape and implement culture change initiatives that unlock sales effectiveness and deliver transformative impact to our clients.The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:10+ years of HR experience with proven strategic advisory capability and commercial impact.Strong track record in leading cultural transformation and change initiatives in fast-paced growth organisations.Demonstrated success in partnering with and coaching executive-level stakeholders.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to HR strategy.Passion for technology and AI, with the ability to champion innovation in HR practices.Clear, concise communication style with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience in technology, professional services, or related industries is highly valued.Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying.
