As an e-Commerce, direct to consumer business, this is a new business that has enormous scope for growth.
As the Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted adviser, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance that challenge conventional thinking, drives informed decision-making, and shapes the business strategy.

Uncover the drivers behind our performance and improve forecasting accuracy.Strategic Insights: Provide financial analysis and insight into profitability, market trends, and business case developments.
Your recommendations will drive growth and profitability.Collaborative Partnership: Support joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and product development investments, ensuring commercial viability and maximizing success.Process Excellence: Establish robust finance operation processes, governance, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, strengthening our financial foundation.Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the company's Financial Control team to ensure consistency and alignment in Financial Accounting structure and processes.Mentorship: Share your expertise and mentor other finance team members, fostering their growth and development.Your Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Additional certifications (CPA, CFA) are advantageous.Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst, preferably in retail or consumer goods.Strong analytical skills, uncovering insights from complex financial data to guide strategic decision-making.Business acumen, understanding profitability drivers and market dynamics.Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.Excellent communication skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.Process-oriented mindset, establishing and improving financial operations.Collaborative nature, ensuring alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Mentoring capabilities, supporting the growth of your finance colleagues.Ready to embark on an exciting journey of innovation and transformation?
