Senior Business Analyst | Liquidity Regulatory Reporting

Senior Business Analyst | Liquidity Regulatory ReportingJoin our Group Treasury Projects and Change team, with opportunities across a number of projects.
We will play a key role in uplifting our liquidity regulatory reporting, analytics, and data management processes.

What role will you play?As a key facilitator in our Group Treasury Transformation program, you will engage in workshops with Group Treasury SMEs to understand and evaluate business processes and reporting requirements.
You will document these needs, define Business Requirements User Stories, and Tasks with precise Acceptance Criteria.
Conducting gap analyses to compare the project's current state with its future state will be essential.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to agree on mutual expectations, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
What you offerAbility to understand business processes and scenarios, their impacts, and effects on dataAbility to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levelsBusiness analysis experience; specifically in the financial or regulatory reporting spaceStrong product knowledge; derivative and commodity knowledge preferable but not essentialStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamAble to coordinate multiple assignments and work independentlyAble to meet project milestones & deadlines'Can do' proactive attitude, with a proven record of delivering project outcomesWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
