About the Role We are excited to announce a newly created position for a Graphic Designer, offering you a unique opportunity to shape our brand.
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Directors, Managers of IT & Manager of Print to create eye-catching content for our audience.
Your tasks will include designing digital assets for our website and social media, as well as print materials, presentations, and promotional graphics.
This full-time position is based in our Bunbury office, where you'll work closely with a creative team.
Our modern office offers great workspaces and services, along with the latest tools to help you excel.
Key Responsibilities Meet with clients and management to understand project goals and keep communication clear. Conduct thorough research to understand the functional communication needs, ensuring informed design decisions. Generate fresh design ideas that effectively communicate messages and connect with the audience, using teamwork to explore options. Create visual representations, including sketches, diagrams, and layouts, to illustrate design ideas clearly. Work closely with clients, management, and production teams, seeking feedback to refine designs. Suggest materials and media that look good and work well, keeping up with new options to enhance the final product. Prepare clear documentation for final designs. Ensure designs are produced accurately and meet quality standards. Keep all project materials and documents organized for easy access in the future. Essential Criteria We are not a company that places significant importance on formal qualifications as we want the right people with the right attitude.
