We are committed to flexibility and believe that it should be mutually beneficial.The OpportunityYour primary objective will be to support the Australian Food business in delivering on our Inventory and Working Capital targets.
Partner directly with the Head of Group Replenishment, the Replenishment and Commercial Leadership teams and the Food Finance Leadership team supporting the business in delivering on our Inventory and Working Capital strategies.What you'll doSupport the delivery of the Food Group Working Capital TargetsProviding insight on Inventory and Working Capital performanceSupporting business partners to accurately forecast future inventory positions for weekly outlooks, budgeting and strategic planning purposesContinuing our always improving and transformation journeyProvide support and guidance to the business on Working capital optimisation initiatives through inventory management and Goods receipt initiativesWhat you'll bringCA/CPA qualification with at least 5 to 10 years post qualification experiencePrevious management experience of multi-functional team and/or experience in the retail or FMCG sectors desirableWorking capital knowledge and experience advantageousStrong presentation and storyboarding skills and excellent verbal communication.Able to communicate complex financial information in a simple manner.Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g.
