Senior Manager/Associate Director | Financial Market Operations Join our Financial Markets Operations team within the wider global Corporate Operations Group as part of a high performing collaborative team responsible for managing post-trade processes.

What role will you play?
As the leader of the ANZ Financial Market Operations team, within the broader APAC Financial Market Operations division, you will drive operational excellence and transformational change, ensuring compliance within the regulatory landscape.
Your responsibilities include promoting a culture of operational efficiency in service delivery to both internal and external customers, leveraging technology and data.
Additionally, you will champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, creating an environment where all team members feel valued and can thrive.
What you offer Senior leadership experience in operations, with a preference for financial markets expertise.
Knowledge of FX, derivatives, and other financial products is seen as beneficial.
Exceptional people management experience with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
Proven experience in building strong partnerships and credibility across various levels and functions, complemented by strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
An innovative and transformational mindset, ready to challenge the status quo and drive significant change.
Experience in leveraging AI tools and data analytics to identify operational risks, commercial, and customer opportunities.
