Banking & Trade Finance (Working Capital) Product Manager

Exciting Opportunity: We're pioneering the way with an entirely new roleBanking Product Manager.This vital addition will spearhead our initiatives alongside global banking leaders;If you're ready to shape the future of banking products with us, keep readingAbout the Role:As our Banking Product Manager, you will be at the helm of our banking products, driving the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our offerings in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
This global role involves a close partnership with our esteemed clients and requires a proactive approach to product management from conceptualization through commercialization.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our existing banking products and future initiatives.Act as the subject matter expert in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to market release.Collaborate with development and delivery teams to execute the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.Drive product innovation, design, and content creation, fostering breakthrough solutions.Engage in product solutioning and discovery sessions with prospects and clients to tailor offerings that meet their needs.Your Profile:Demonstrated expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.A solid grasp of technology integration within banking systems, though in-depth technical knowledge is not mandatory.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a tech-savvy mindset.Strong skills in stakeholder management, product management, and the software development lifecycle.The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and exhibit a mix of creative, logical, and innovative thinking.Previous experience in banking or software firms, with a focus on product development and collaboration with development teams.Familiarity with Bills of Lading and the logistics of trade is a plus.Why Wisetech?Impact: Spearhead a groundbreaking role with the opportunity to significantly influence our banking product landscape.Growth: This is a chance to learn the intricacies of trade logistics while evolving into a senior product manager or leading our banking team.Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and product leadership to shape and implement strategies that drive our banking solutions to new heights.Success Metrics:The ideal candidate will become a product champion, owning the product roadmap and strategy, and serving as the go-to expert for all things related to our banking products.
