Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Two permanent full-time positions based in Mosman Park with car parking on-site Hybrid working environment Competitive Salary plus salary packaging (up to $18,550) Are you passionate about identifying and driving business process improvements?
Rocky Bay is looking for talented and motivated Business Analysts with strong interpersonal skills to join its dynamic and agile Business Transformation team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, evaluating, and recommending opportunities to improve and enhance our business processes.
This role will draw on a diverse range of capabilities across our Business Transformation function, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to develop their portfolio of skills in this space.
With a major focus on change, process, and continuous improvement activities, you will also be involved in projects and associated activities.
Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain a Continuous Improvement Calendar, ensuring all planned activities are up-to-date and communicated effectively to stakeholders. Documentation Management: Establish and manage a central repository for all business process documentation, implementing version control to maintain accuracy and consistency. Process Reviews: Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and facilitate business process reviews, ensuring documentation is regularly updated and changes are communicated. Data Analysis: Analyse data using statistical methods to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and business change. Project Support: Participate in change and continuous improvement projects, offering data-driven inputs and collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth implementation of improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business, Change or Project Management, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in a Business Analyst or similar role. A highly professional approach with a customer-first mindset. Demonstrated capacity and enthusiasm for learning and development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The following experiences would be highly regarded but not essential: Salesforce (Lumary / Skedulo). Project management methodologies, such as Agile, Prince, etc. Six sigma principles and methodology. Change Management methodologies.
