MTC is new to the Darwin area and is delighted to be serving people across Darwin & Katherine, as well as looking into community outreach options.MTC offers a hybrid model of in-clinic, telehealth, and in-home services – no two days look the same at MTCWhat's in it for you?$3,500 for relocation assistance through NT PHNFlexible working arrangements; negotiable hoursGreat work-life balanceRegular supervision and supportHighly competitive base salary ~ $125,000 (based on experience)Mobile phone & laptop provision and vehicle allowanceIn-house professional developmentSupport to attend training and external courses with paid allowances or time off to attendEligibility for CPD grants through NT PHNWhat's the role?Provide comprehensive assessmentsProvide reporting & ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, both children and adultsEnsure clients are receiving the highest possible level of individualized service across the domains of speech, language, voice, multi-modal communication, swallowing, and fluencyThis will include home-based evaluations, recommendations, Allied Health Assistant program development, and coordinating group therapy programs as appropriateIs this the right role for you?Formal qualification in Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA Registration (or eligibility to obtain)Current Ochre Card & NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or eligibility to obtain)High level of interpersonal skillsAbility to demonstrate and encourage teamworkPlease note: A current, unrestricted driver's license and access to reliable private transport will be essential.NT PHN / RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.Want to find out more about this opportunity?
