Iress Acurity Developer - SuperannuationPermanent Full Time Large Superannuation Hybrid / Flexible Working Arrangement We are seeking an experienced Iress Acurity Developer to be responsible for developing and enhancing superannuation software solutions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Iress Acurity platform to deliver innovative, customised, and efficient solutions tailored to meet the business requirements in the superannuation industry.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement software solutions within the Iress Acurity platform, addressing evolving industry needs.Customise and integrate Iress Acurity solutions to align with client requirements, optimising superannuation operations.Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Keep up-to-date with developments in superannuation software to ensure solutions are innovative, compliant, and industry-leading.Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept through to deployment.Maintain detailed documentation of software development processes and provide stakeholders with regular project updates.Mentor junior team members, fostering their technical growth and enhancing the team's overall capability. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in working with Iress Acurity, with a focus on superannuation software development and customisation.Proficiency in Java programming language.Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).Strong SQL skills for writing queries, optimising performance, and data modeling.In-depth understanding of the superannuation industry, including compliance standards, regulations, and financial products.Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement areas, and develop effective solutions within the Iress Acurity framework.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Salary Package: $120K-$130K Base Salary + Superannuation
