Join our team as the NSW/ACT Hub Team Leader and play a key role in leading a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional sales support and service to our wholesale network customers in NSW and ACT.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of Sales Support staff, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service to our diverse customer base.
You will also play a critical role in streamlining processes, improving systems, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team of sales support professionals to deliver exceptional service to the NSW and ACT wholesale network.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team consistently provides the highest levels of service to NSW private and stockist ARB stores, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Operational Oversight: Oversee order entry, parts availability, ETA updates, and warranty claims, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
Technical & Product Support: Provide leadership and guidance on technical support, product suitability, and fitment issues.
Problem-Solving: Act as the escalation point for urgent issues, ensuring that customer concerns and operational challenges are resolved swiftly.
Communication & Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration both within the team and across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order entry accuracy, warranty claim turnaround times, and team performance.

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Customer Service Focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations and escalate issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
