Senior Claims Officer

The ACT Insurance Authority seeks an enthusiastic, positive and motivated individual who has a passion for providing support and assistance to our customers. You will have a focus on achieving positive outcomes with attention to detail.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, the Senior Claims Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of claims across multiple general insurance classes. We are looking for an individual who is organised and has a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other claims officers.

Notes: Please note, this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
