A well-known logistics and transport company, known for its reliable service, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join their team right in the heart of the CBD. Role Overview:
As a Retail Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers picking up their parcels. Your job is to ensure smooth transactions and a positive experience for everyone. If you're organised, friendly, and enjoy a busy work environment, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with parcel pick-up and drop-off services.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
Manage and organise parcels efficiently, maintaining a tidy and orderly work space.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A friendly and approachable with a strong customer focus.
Flexibility to work casual hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
