We are seekingan enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years of PAE in construction litigation, or general commercial litigation with a keen interest to develop as a specialist lawyer in the projects and infrastructure space.

Billion dollar International ArbitrationsMajor Project Adjudications in the hundred of $ millionsInfrastructure litigationSecurity of Payment claims including adjudicationsArbitrations and expert determinationsContract risk managementSupreme Court construction litigationClients include national developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

THE FLEXThis firm offers seamless remote-working capabilities, providing all staff with laptops and a range of online resources. Lawyers are encouraged to work remotely at least 1 day a week, often extending to 2 days, following an initial adjustment induction and transition period.
