Position OverviewWe are currently looking for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join our hugely successful, market-leading leasing practice.
As a member of our award-winning and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high volume retail, commercial, and industrial leasing matters.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and progressing clients' leases, and you will manage your own files.
You will deal directly with our clients and conduct negotiations with our clients' tenants and their lawyers.

We advise major institutional property investors, developers, landlords, and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects, retirement living, and leasing.
Our leasing practice is a core part of our Real Estate business and our impressive stable of leasing clients includes Abacus, AMP, Australian Unity, CBA, Challenger, Charter Hall, Cromwell, Dexus, Elanor Investors, Fortius, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, Reading, Stockland, Suncorp, Vicinity, and Woolworths.
In this role, you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing lawyers and paralegals, with additional support from team administrators and an innovative technology platform.
You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.
