WSP Property and Buildings Structures group have an exciting role for a Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Perth.
Our Property and Buildings team is a world-leading management and technical consultancy operating across all sectors.

Our Building Structures group are a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in every major city across Australia.

Armadale Level Crossing RemovalPerth City LinkOur Changemakers enjoy: Flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment.A social, collaborative, and inclusive culture with a calendar full of social and networking events.Access to our Employee Assistance Program and to corporate health and travel discounts.12 weeks parental leave.Options for global mobility and purchased additional leave.And much more.What you'll do: Support timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical and regulatory standards.Establish effective stakeholder relationships internally with colleagues and senior members of the business.Have the opportunity to act as Project Lead on small projects.Support senior engineers and project leaders with quality structural engineering solutions.Embody enthusiasm to work as part of a collaborative, national team within a multidisciplinary design setting.About you: Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural Engineering).Passionate about Structural Engineering with a desire for excellence in design.Typically 2 to 3+ years' experience on large Australian building structures engineering projects.Exposure across a range of building sectors, e.g., transport, health, commercial, defence.Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra / cross-discipline on projects.Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept.Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous).About WSP: WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 14 offices in Australia.
