The role We are seeking an Accountant Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in our Port Lincoln Office as part of our Tugs team.

The responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping, including day-to-day data processing for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable for Tug clients.
High-End Administration including Trust Deeds, ABN/TFN applications, admissions, and retirements of Partners.
Liaising with clients via phone or email.
Preparation of monthly distribution schedule and end-of-month payment advice.
Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent service to our clients.
Qualifications: Qualification OR experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).
Proven ability in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn.
