Contracts Administrator Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Contracts Administrator wanting to join an established and busy developer / builder.
The successful candidate will work within an established team on new build developments and fit-outs.
These immediate projects are all within the area of North Brisbane / Moreton Bay.
The role itself will be an office-based role, on the northside of Brisbane.
If you have a passion and proven ability in Contracts Administration and love the commercial construction industry, this role and company is for you.
Role Overview:As a Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of their projects.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including:
Take OffsEstimatingGeneral AdministrationProcurementSubcontractsRFI'sSC PaymentsHC ClaimsVariations (SC/HC)Qualifications and Skills:To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry of 5-7 years.North-Brisbane based.Sound knowledge of council/government approvals, construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Procore)What's On Offer:Joining our clients team offers you the opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.
