About the Robinvale Golf Club
Located in the beautiful and welcoming town of Robinvale , in Victoria's stunning Murray River region, the Robinvale Golf Club is a premier destination for golf enthusiasts, hospitality, and family-friendly leisure.
The Club offers a range of facilities, including an 18-hole Par 70 golf course , 62 poker machines , and 19 short-term accommodation units that were developed three years ago to cater to visitors.
The Robinvale Golf Club is deeply embedded in the community, with a strong family-oriented culture that is the heart of everything it does.
About Robinvale
Robinvale is a picturesque holiday destination located between the Murray River towns of Mildura and Swan Hill in the north-west of Victoria.
Situated on a peninsula of land surrounded on three sides by the Murray River, it offers a stunning natural setting.
Robinvale has a population of approximately 8,000 people and is known for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

5 hours' drive from Melbourne (approx.
470 km) 1 hour's drive from Mildura (approx.
85 km) This central position allows you to enjoy a peaceful, rural lifestyle with excellent access to both the cosmopolitan offerings of Melbourne and the regional amenities of Mildura.
About the Role
As CEO, you will be responsible for driving the club's continued growth, ensuring operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
This role requires an individual with strong financial acumen and a commitment to building solid structures and processes.
You will work closely with the Board, staff, and club members to ensure the club's long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and strategic management within the hospitality, sports, or leisure sectors and will be committed to maintaining and enhancing the welcoming and friendly culture the Robinvale Golf Club is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction of the club, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on financial management, staffing, and marketing to continue the growth of the club.
Drive the development of key business initiatives, including the accommodation units and poker machines whilst looking to create further enhancements.
Cultivate a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risk effectively.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in the hospitality, leisure, or sports industry.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
Ability to drive change and implement structured processes and systems.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with staff and members alike.
A hands-on approach and a willingness to immerse yourself in the local community and its culture.
A passion for creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
A current Police check and/or willingness to obtain one.
What's On Offer:
