The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure that projects stay on track and exceed expectations.We are open to discussing both contract and ongoing opportunities to suit your preference.RequirementsWhat you'll be doing:Establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments in a high-pressure environmentSite Preparation, Remediation and DeploymentManage day-to-day delivery of the site deployment projectCollaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clientsManage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirementsOrder networking equipment (firewalls, WAPS, Switches, PDU) with delivery to site - purchasingEscalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project teamOffer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistanceManage and track all project financialsManage and track all project invoicingCommunicate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders on task statusAssist PMO with financials, reporting and tracking, RAID trackingOwn and update Site Tracking spreadsheet including rundown tasksWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desirableProven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environmentProven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfactionStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated experience of growing and fostering brilliant team and client relationshipsBenefitsWhy You'll Love Working Here:Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work
