Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, Employer Brand, you will deliver marketing initiatives and Go To Market of advertising and content that demonstrates CBA as 'the workplace of choice' across critical talent segments.
Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in line with workplace brand, product and customer considerations.Support the build and evolution of CBA's content for Employer Brand across various channels.Develop employer brand and Go To Market strategies and campaigns for target segments.Utilize customer insights and research to develop marketing opportunities.Collaborate with agency partners to create campaigns and content that meet the needs of key talent.Drive customer engagement through new owned channels.Manage day-to-day campaign and content approvals.Qualifications: Experience in Marketing, Media, Communications or Digital roles.Employer brand experience is highly preferred.Strong project management skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.Exceptional verbal presentation and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.Proactive, positive attitude with ownership towards outcomes.Risk Mindset - ability to identify and act on current and future risks.If this sounds like your next career opportunity, please apply now
