The Opportunity
Our Services team are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to be based in Sydney.
With a focus on Secure Power (think Uninterruptible Power Supply, Batteries, Cooling and Refrigeration), you will oversee a passionate team of specialist Service Representatives within our New South Wales region.
You will support a growing portfolio across a Customer base that is calling for our expertise.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
Utilising your skills and experience to lead a team of Field Service professionals across our growing New South Wales operations Managing team performance, development and ensuring that resources are utilised in a way that enhances delivery as you utilise Schneider tools and adhere to set processes Frequently interacting with our Customers, focusing on account management and the development of new business opportunities within a market that is full of opportunity Collaborating with a variety of key stakeholders to drive Customer outcomes and ensure ongoing growth and success across a variety of emerging markets Playing a key technical role and acting as a role model when it comes to best practice across; systems, internal processes and the utilisation of tools that support a digitally focused organisation Providing regular reporting and insights in relation to; project status, business performance, financials and other key metrics Contributing to workforce planning, the management of Subcontractor resources, involvement in special projects and leading other proactive business improvement initiatives Travel across the Sydney area, regional New Wales and interstate if required Our ideal candidate will possess:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrical or similar Technical Trade) coupled with proven experience in a similar leadership position Proven leadership capabilities and experienced in managing technical resources (Services, Maintenance etc.)
Proven project management skills and a successful operations background (technical projects and related Customers) Intermediate IT skills, with previous experience in analysing data to shape decisions Well-developed problem-solving abilities with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges Positive leadership attributes that support our Values and a role model when it comes to HSE Those with additional qualifications (Project Management, Engineering etc.)
