Due to a large pipeline of works, we're on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects across the North Brisbane Region. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Subdivisions, Community Projects, Infrastructure, and Roadworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
Manage and maintain client and consultant relationships.
Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors to achieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Monthly assessments and forecasts of the project's financial performance.
Address and resolve performance issues.
About You:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
Minimum 4 years' experience in Civil Construction; previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded.
Stakeholder and client engagement experience.
Proven ability to plan, organise, and problem-solve.
Exceptional people management abilities.
