We also provide innovative electrical and data systems with high standards for commercial, retail and industry installations.Our client base is made up of marine, supermarket, industrial, commercial and domestic.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join the team on a full-time basis to assist with the daily running of the Construction Department and continue the growth of our business. This role offers flexibility, stability & long-term job security for the successful applicant.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day operational running of the Electrical Construction DepartmentProvide estimations and scheduling of jobsMotivate and support the field team by providing leadership and expert knowledgeManage projects from start to finish efficientlyProvide technical phone support for field staffHandle clients' technical questions in person and over the phoneTake ownership and responsibility of projectsSupport electrical project supervisorAbout YouAs our new Electrical Project Manager/Estimator, you will have the experience to manage multiple projects and complex deadlines, while observing set budget constraints.You will have:Electrical licenceConstruction industry white/blue cardExtensive experience in the electrical industryA strong focus on safety & quality of work standardsExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience in day-to-day business operationsSound knowledge of labour forecasting and resourcing requirements preferredGreat salary + super & 17.5% leave loadingRDO every 4 weeks to make a long weekend.
