As a Senior Tech Business Analyst in the Business Digital & Engineering Team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
You'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to develop cutting-edge systems that protect our customers and drive our business forward.
You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for technology solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders to transform user stories into technical specifications that guide the implementation team.
You will be partnering with engineering and QA testing teams to validate requirements and ensure they're accurately implemented.
A large part of your role will be to identify and define detailed system requirements and use cases to drive development.
You will be contributing to product testing and resolve any issues that arise as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with their needs and requirements.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in business analysis with a focus on technical skills, data analysis and system functional and non-functional analysis.
You will have a strong background in financial services or professional services as well as an extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence and agile methodologies.
You should be a strong communicator and have a deep understanding of technology and business systems both strategically and operationally.
