About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader – Credit who is passionate about supporting to grow our brand and has demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Credit Assessors in their day-to-day activities.
To provide coaching and mentoring and ensure that risk and credit worthiness is assessed in accordance with Pepper's credit policy and delivered within required time frames, whilst providing exemplary customer service.
It is also to assess applications and exceptions that are outside the Credit Assessors delegated authority.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have the following:
Experience in the non-conforming space is highly regarded Demonstrated 3-5 years in an operational environment Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of the Regulatory environment Desirable: Certificate IV in Credit Management Demonstrated exceptional customer service Proven Time Management Skills Our Benefits
