What To ExpectDue to incremental growth in the Australia market, Tesla is looking to hire an exceptional Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract.
One hire at a time, the Tesla recruitment team is finding the talent responsible for changing the world of energy and transportation, moving us forward to a more sustainable future.
This role is based in either our Sydney Alexandria HQ or can also be based in Melbourne.We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our high-performing in-house team.
You will be proactive, efficient, and have a genuine commitment to providing an unforgettable candidate experience.
You'll thrive at Tesla by striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, business partnering, and influencing.This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping the company expand its high-caliber teams by hiring technical roles including Utility Service Technicians, Engineers, Vehicle Service Technicians / Mechanics, and Panelbeaters.What You'll DoHigh volume recruiting managing an average of up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weekly.Partnering with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements.Conducting phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills and attitude to be successful in the Tesla environment.Scheduling interviews and maintaining system accuracy.Using a variety of sourcing techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent.Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.What You'll BringMinimum of 2 years recruiting experience, from either an in-house or agency environment.Experience in recruiting Technical or Blue Collar roles, e.g., Engineers, Utility Service Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, or Apprentices.Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent, skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation, and employment market trends.Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.This position will be onsite at our Tesla HQ working within the business; however, it will be payrolled as a contractor via our agency partner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
