What does the job look like?Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive excellence while managing the day-to-day operations.
Key areas include:
Leading a team through mentorship and supportEnsuring all operational aspects of the company policies are adhered toMaintaining customer service levels to guarantee delivery requirements are achievedDaily planning, allocation, and staff rostersDriving initiatives to maintain and improve WH&S programWorking closely with the Logistics team to ensure a high standard of customer serviceAre you the one?As a results-driven individual, you are motivated to lead your team to success.
You draw on your years of experience in this field to overcome the day-to-day hurdles, focusing on solutions, change, and innovation.
You can demonstrate:
