Work Location: Solomon - Fortescue's Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples
Roster: 8D6R FIFO ex Perth, Busselton or Karratha
Our Solomon Fixed Plant Condition Monitoring team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Lubrication Technician to support our operation with equipment lubrication, contamination control, inspections and proactive maintenance activities for all lubricated mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Hydrocarbon system inspection, servicing and management
Hydrocarbon sampling and asset health analysis
Automated lubrication system management
Design, fabrication and installation of lubrication systems
Inspection and servicing of fixed plant equipment
Report generation, work management and strategy optimisation tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
LCAT or MLA Qualifications
Fixed plant experience
Hydraulic systems experience
Carrying out quality inspections, repairs, and maintenance of fixed plant equipment
High level of attention to detail
Forklift and MR/HR licence.
