Our Bligh Street club is your sanctuary, set right in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
Spread over 5 levels and covering 1,585 sqm, the club features a cardio and weights zone, furnished with top-of-the-line equipment, and five custom built studios for Grid Training (HIIT), Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and Boxing.
Beyond fitness, you'll find a sprawling café with bright windows and plenty of power ports, the perfect switch for your regular work desk.
Your gig
You'll be provided with paid rostered hours to welcome, connect with and guide members while you build your personal training community.
You'll be provided with PT leads to build your personal training community and be counted on to stay on top of PT admin.
You'll deliver exceptional personal training sessions in world class facilities.
You'll keep PT sessions safe...considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries.
You'll be empowered to build a true community and leverage your personality to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
You'll contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings when required.
You'll help keep the gym floor world class with planned preventative maintenance.
All about you
You have your Cert IV in Fitness, your first aid certificate and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (minimum 20 hours per week).
You are people focused and authentic.
You know how to deliver meaningful PT sessions.
You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it
moments.
You are driven.
You love motivating others to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
You enjoy working to targets.
You have a can-do approach.
You're motivated to continually improve.
