About the Role This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Traffic Controller who wants to inspire and mentor others.
You'll deliver the Temporary Traffic Management National Training Program (TM1 & TC1), helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and hands-on traffic management training to eager learners.
Assess student competence through practical and theory-based assessments.
Mentor and support students to ensure they achieve their full potential.
What We're Looking For: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
2-3 years of hands-on experience in traffic management.
Valid Traffic Control/Management tickets (minimum 3 years).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring students.
A valid Driver's Licence, Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.
