Role Overview The Hazelhurst Team Leader Learning is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of effective learning programs.
This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of educators while ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members are supported in their professional journeys and that students receive an exceptional educational experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a dynamic and passionate educational leader with a strong commitment to student success and staff development.
Demonstrated experience in educational leadership and team management.
Strong understanding of current educational practices and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive initiatives and manage change effectively.

Package: $104,345 - $116,293 gross p.a.
plus 11.5% superannuation.
Hours of work: Full-time 35 hours per week, with the option of a 19 day month (flexi-time arrangement).
