Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.About the roleThe role of the Education Team Lead (ETL) is to contribute to the development, implementation and management of a contemporary education portfolio and lead the education team in providing innovative contemporary education.The DonateLife Victoria (DLV) ETL will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of current and innovative education and training systems and implementing processes to meet the organizational objective of delivering accurate, replicable, timely, resource appropriate education and training to our nursing, medical and other staff that comprise DLV.The ETL will utilize their extensive experience in integrated and blended learning incorporating online, simulation and other contemporary systems to enhance and innovate the current education portfolio in line with the Organ Tissue Authority National Frameworks. Develop/enhance guidelines and protocols that ensure consistency and evidenced based best practice approach to organ and tissue donation.Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for;Current registration with AHPRA Nursing Division 1 (General)Post graduate qualifications in education and trainingMinimum of five years' experience in a senior nursing education positionPrevious experience reviewing, developing, and implementing integrated and blended learning, online and other contemporary learning systemsHighly developed communication and people leadership skillsExcellent presentation, teaching and public speaking skillsAdvanced level computer skillsAbility to function at a senior level in the delivery of small and large group facilitated workshopsHold a current driver's license and have capacity to travel state-wideThis is a fixed-term full-time opportunity until January 2026 with a hybrid working environment based out of Carlton Head Office.Thrive in a diverse culture that cares for your wellbeingWe're a diverse and inclusive bunch.
