Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next senior clinician to join us
You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives.
You will work across national and state-based customer contracts.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals.
You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome attainments every step of the way.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and/or ORS offices.
You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

That is why we have a team of dedicated Learning & Development Managers who all possess 20+ years clinical experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications.
You will be able to connect with them in one-on-one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases.
This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff
A few requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling 1yr+ experience in a Rehab Consulting or return to work role Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC Driver's licence & vehicle About ORS: We are one of the largest and fastest growing family owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based, and client-centred services for over 30 years
